Can I use the address before incorporating the company, or only after?
Yes, it is possible to reserve the address before the company is formally incorporated, so that it can be indicated in the registration process (e.g., "Company to be incorporated" in the subscription application). After completing the business registration, simply update the company's information.
Does the virtual office provide access to meeting rooms or training areas?
Yes — a virtual office subscription at Lisboa Biz allows you to reserve meeting rooms and training rooms in the same building whenever you need to receive clients or bring the team together in person, paying only for the hours you use and at the most favorable rate for resident clients.

Can I use the virtual office address as my company's registered office?
Yes — for companies, branches, and associations, the virtual office address can be used as the registered office and tax domicile, being accepted by the Federal Revenue Service and the commercial registry. Individuals (e.g., self-employed/sole traders) cannot transfer their personal tax domicile to this address — in this case, they maintain their tax domicile at their habitual residence.
What documents are needed to sign up for a virtual office?
For an already established company, it is common to request the access code to the permanent certificate, a copy of the identity document and CNPJ (Brazilian tax ID) of the partners/administrators. For a company to be established, the data is the same and is provided after registration is completed.
Is there a commitment period, or can I cancel the virtual office whenever I want?
The service has a 12-month commitment period; however, you can change your subscribed plan monthly, upgrading or downgrading. You can also choose to switch to a physical office at any time without losing the amount already paid for the virtual office.
